By BL Hyderabad Bureau
Updated - October 22, 2026 at 09:19 PM. | HyderabadMillet snack maker Troo Good has opened its seventh manufacturing facility here, taking its monthly production to 5 crore chikkis and bars.
The new unit adds 350 tonnes to the company’s monthly capacity. Its total output has grown to 1,200 tonnes a month from about 480 tonnes in early 2025, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
The Hyderabad-based agri startup commissioned three facilities in 2026, expanding its network to seven units across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Haryana from four in early 2025. Together, they span 90,000 sq ft and run at about 85 per cent utilisation.
The company said it would invest about ₹40 crore in a new factory in Hyderabad spread over about 1 lakh sq ft, which will double its current production capacity. The unit will make millet chikkis and nutrition bars.
Its products reach more than 70,000 retail outlets in seven States through over 250 distributors, as well as nearly 60,000 schools across eight States.
The distributed manufacturing network has cut delivery timelines by about 50 per cent and freight cost per kg by 2-3 per cent, the company said.
Founded by serial entrepreneur Raju Bhupati in 2018, Troo Good has raised $12 million from OAKS Asset Management and other institutional investors and family offices.
